Landlords using Maintenance Tracker post this notice at the property and include it in the lease packet at signing. A tenant opts in to text messages by texting their first repair request to the number below.

How consent works

The tenant starts the conversation by texting a repair request. No one is texted without first texting us.
That first inbound text is the tenant's consent and is logged with a timestamp.
We only send messages about requests the tenant started: a confirmation, then status updates (received, scheduled, in progress, done).
Replying STOP ends all messages. Replying HELP returns help information.
Phone numbers and opt-in data are never sold or shared for marketing.
